Announcer stand on east side of arena.  Overhead lights and PA system.

Warm-up arena on northeast corner of main arena. This smaller arena is 125’ by 220’ with large gates on each side.  Announcer booth and grandstands can be seen in the distance.

Main arena 220’ by 400’.  Covered grandstands on west side that seat 1,200 – 1,400.  Additional uncovered bleachers to the north and south of these grandstands that seat another 1,000.

Long white building on left is entrance to grandstands.  Blue shelter is a ticket office.  ​ Two-story building to the right is the front entrance to Western Heritage Event Center/ 4-H Building which has large full restrooms and a dirt floor barn space on the lower level and a large meeting room on the top floor.

Photos taken from announcers booth show the livestock pens and chutes: 6 large bull pens, and 3 smaller calf pens. Facility also includes 6 bucking chutes in front of the announcer booth and roping chutes on the northwest corner of the main arena.  There is no open or grazing pasture.

Parking: Two huge lots on the west and east sides of the arena.  West lot is typically used for spectators and those accessing grandstands.  East lot, behind announcer booth and adjacent to warm-up arena, is used for contestants and those with trailers and livestock.  Access to both lots is off Mill Creek Road and easily accessible.  Gravel in most areas especially designated roadway.

  • Easy admission/gate collection locations.

  • Overhead arena lights.

  • Arena groomed regularly and maintained.
